After you've entered your payment information, you'll automatically receive a receipt. On that receipt will be a link that you can click to download your product. Our electronic products are PDFs which mean that you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

Have you ordered physical products from us like books or GiftCards™?

For delivery within Canada, these products are shipped in Canada via Canada Post. It can take up to 10 days to receive your order.

For delivery within the United States, these products are shipped via USPS and can take up to two weeks to arrive.
